HDF-Java 2.8 Release

The HDF-Java 2.8 release is ready for download at:

   https://support.hdfgroup.org/downloads/index.html

Major changes includes the following:

• This release was built and tested with HDF 4.2.6, HDF5 1.8.8, and JDK 1.6.
• More methods were added to the HDF5 JNI wrapper.
• Unit tests were added for all major HDF5 JNI functions.
• This release includes over 35 enhancements and bug fixes.
