Available to the entire HDF user community, the HDF Group Helpdesk
is
designed to provide quick resolution to any problems or questions
regarding HDF or HDF5. The Helpdesk works closely with
developers, as well as the rest of the HDF group, which aids in
resolving problems as quickly as possible.
The HDF Group Helpdesk is not a consulting service. However, the HDF Group
does offer this. Please let the Helpdesk know if this is something you
might be interested in.
Contacting the Helpdesk
To contact user support or send a comment regarding this server you can
send a message to the Helpdesk (help at hdfgroup dot org):
When sending a message regarding a problem, we ask that you:
Email a detailed description of the problem. You can use
the template in the HDF FAQ
(question #21),
but this is not necessary if all of the information is included.
Send a small example that demonstrates the problem. If we cannot
duplicate it, we may not be able to help you. Please try to make
the example as small as possible.
